If you are not completely satisfied with your hammock whatsoever, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it for free, no questions asked, bottom line!  We warrant our products to be in good condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date.  This does not include accidental tears, or normal wear and tear.  **Remember to take all sharp objects out of your pockets before you relax in your hammock! 

All warranty issues are eligible for exchange. There will be credit given, but no refunds after the initial 30 day period.  You may return any SOCO Hammock within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After the initial 30 days, we will accept returns only if there is a defect in the workmanship or quality of the product.  SOCO Hammocks will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective product). You will be contacted when we receive the returned product.

VERY IMPORTANT: A copy of your sales receipt must be included with any Warranty or Return for it to be considered valid.

SOCO is not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries caused by using a SOCO hammock. We ask that you are extremely careful in using your SOCO hammock. Do not place your SOCO hammock above dangerous terrain, sharp objects, or any surface that may cause injury or death. We ask that you do not suspend yourself in your SOCO hammock above 2ft. By purchasing and using a SOCO product the customer or user agrees to and understands that their safety is their choice and SOCO is not liable for injury caused by use of a SOCO product, regardless of manufacturing errors on part of SOCO or its manufacturers.
